Business Italian
For people working with Italian clients, suppliers or colleagues who want to get past pleasantries: negotiating, presenting, emailing, phoning, and understanding the cultural codes around all of it.

Your own professional vocabulary first — I build the lexicon around your sector, not around a generic textbook. Alongside that: email registers from formal to informal, phone calls, following and interrupting in meetings, and presenting without reading from your notes.
The cultural side
Most misunderstandings with Italian partners aren't about language but about register: how direct you can be, when 'ci sentiamo' is an appointment and when it isn't, how a decision actually gets made. We cover that explicitly.
For teams
I also teach small teams on site. There we work from the situations you actually face — a live project, a client, an upcoming trip.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to already speak Italian?
No. Starting from zero is fine; we then build the business vocabulary in parallel with the basics.
Can my employer cover this?
Often yes, through the training budget. I issue an invoice with a KVK number and can supply whatever else your company needs.
Do you teach at our office?
Yes, between Ede and Amsterdam. Beyond that we work online.
What does a business track cost?
It depends on the number of participants, the frequency and the location. I'll put together a proposal after a no-obligation intake.
