Why you freeze
Almost always for the same reason: you're translating in your head from English or Dutch, and that takes longer than a conversation allows. The fix isn't more grammar, it's more speaking time under mild pressure, with correction afterwards instead of mid-sentence.
How we work
Every lesson has a topic (current affairs, work, a film, an argument) and while you speak I keep a list of what went wrong. We go through it afterwards. That makes correction concrete without interrupting you mid-thought.
For advanced learners too
At B2 and C1 it's less about mistakes and more about register: the difference between correct Italian and Italian that sounds like an Italian. There we work on idiom, intonation, and the small words nobody teaches you.

What level do I need?
From around A2. Below that there isn't enough material yet to build a conversation on, so we'd start with a mixed track.
Do you correct everything?
No, and that's deliberate. Constant interruption kills fluency. I take notes and we go through them afterwards.
Can I bring my own topics?
Please do. Lessons get better when they're about something you actually have an opinion on.
What do conversation lessons cost?
