Understanding the answer
- a destra / a sinistra: to the right / to the left
- sempre dritto: straight on
- giri a destra: turn right (formal) / gira a destra (informal)
- attraversi la piazza: cross the square
- di fronte a…: in front of / opposite
- vicino a… / lontano da…: near / far from
- all'angolo: at the corner
- al semaforo: at the traffic light
When you didn't understand
- Può ripetere?: Can you repeat?
- Più lentamente, per favore.: More slowly, please.
- Non ho capito.: I didn't understand.
- Mi può scrivere l'indirizzo?: Can you write down the address for me?
