The classic 10

"Sono caldo" for "I'm hot": this means "I'm horny". Say ho caldo.
Getting the auxiliary wrong: ho andato should be sono andato. Movement verbs take essere.
Forgetting gender agreement: la casa è bello →︎ la casa è bella.
"Attualmente" means currently, not actually. Actually = in realtà.
"Simpatico" means friendly, not sympathetic. Sympathetic = comprensivo.
Direct translations of "how many years": quanti anni hai? not come vecchio sei?
Using "molto" as an adjective: molte ragazze, not molto ragazze.
"Come" as a question word: means how, not what. What = che cosa.
Forgetting the article with body parts: mi lavo i denti, not mi lavo miei denti.
"Voglio" as a request: use vorrei in shops and cafés. Voglio sounds demanding.
