caffè: espresso (never say "espresso": it's just "caffè")
cappuccino: but never after 11am if you don't want a puzzled look
caffè macchiato / latte macchiato: spot of milk in coffee / spot of coffee in milk
cornetto: croissant
brioche: sweet bun (varies by region)
spremuta: freshly squeezed juice
acqua naturale / frizzante: still / sparkling water

antipasto: starter / primo: first (pasta) / secondo: main / contorno: side / dolce: dessert
coperto: cover charge (yes, it's normal, just pay it)
