«Mi sveglio quando voi andate a dormire»

Franco ha 58 anni e un forno in via Piave. «Mi alzo alle tre e mi vesto al buio per non svegliare mia moglie. Non mi lamento: il silenzio della notte è un regalo».
Alle quattro accende i forni. «Mi riposo cinque minuti alle sette, con il primo caffè, e alle otto il quartiere si sveglia col profumo del pane».
Il segreto per resistere? «Ci si abitua. E il pomeriggio mi addormento sul divano alle cinque in punto, come un bambino. Mia moglie dice che ci vediamo solo a cena: forse per questo andiamo ancora d'accordo», ride.
