Quando in piazza c'era il cinema all'aperto

Negli anni Settanta la piazza era un salotto: d'estate c'era il cinema all'aperto e i bambini giocavano fino a tardi.

Poi una sera del 1998 è arrivata la notizia: il Comune ha venduto l'arena, e lo schermo è sparito in una settimana.

«Piangevamo tutti», ricorda la signora Pia, che vendeva i gelati all'ingresso.

Il mese scorso un gruppo di ragazzi ha rimontato un telo bianco e ha organizzato tre serate di film: la piazza, per tre sere, è tornata quella di prima.
